About Us
Empowering children to believe in their Boundless Potential & Strength in Wolweriver Settlement
Sunshine School, known as ‘Mtha Welanga’ in Xhosa, is a beacon of hope in Wolwerivier, Cape Town. With the support of SAVE Foundation and KILROY, we now provide proper facilities for hygiene and education to 70 children. We’re determined to uplift education levels and break the cycle of poverty.
Our motivation behind starting Sunshine School is to empower these children with education and opportunities. We believe that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty and building a brighter future for Wolwerivier.
